| Tuesday 29th
-Market knowledge class: *trying to remember but can't, taking out my notebook* ok....we still got to talk about cereals and all the types like for breakfast and drinks (beer, sake, malt, etc).
-Culinary art class: this time we did salads (Cesar's, Green, Chef) and sauces and vinagrets for salads (1000 islands, mayonaise, blue cheese dressing, coctel sauce, Cesar's vinagret). The teacher got surprised since all of the groups finished earlier than expected XDDD, but my group had to stay at the end to clean the floors TwT. My favourite one was Chef's salad which had lettuce, chicken, jam, cheese, egg, tomatoes and 1000 islands sauces with normal vinagret.
Wednesday 30th
-Bromatology class:....dammit...I don't remember anything about it TwT, but well it's always about cleaning XD. Oh, and also we were talking about HACCP which dunno how to explain XD;;
-Market knowledge class: we got a test about eggs, and was oral test ><...but it was really easy XD;;...after that we just moved to the next class XD
-Culinary art class: the teacher taught us about breakfast *w*....but everything with eggs XD, like fried eggs, omellettes, tortilla a la española, rancheras eggs...and dunno what more ^^;;. We're going to do ALL of this for tomorrow...hope I do well >< *cross fingers*
Thursday 1st:
FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!! *throws confetti everywhere*
Friday 2nd:
Logistic class: this time we got to talk about inventory which is a contable document...dunno how more to explain in english...gomen ^^;;. Apart fromt hat we got the results of our 2nd practice...HOLY CRAP I GOT 20/20!!! O.O *runs everywhere* YES!, for this Friday...we got another practice TwT....nyow I'm so hella scared T_T, this subject is kdvnosaijdv ><
Biodiversity class: well...in this case we got 2 classes...one in the morning (11am) and the other one the same hour (3:40pm) and we still got to talk about grains, and also about condiments...nothing more XD;;
On Saturday I got vaccinated to prevent Hepatitis B....and dammit my arm still hurts TwT...I have to wait till next month to get it again T_____T. Nyow I'm off to read bromatology and doing some chibis for a friend ^^;

| Bar techniques: this time we didn't do any preparations, instead we got to know more about each liquor we have like Gin, Whiskey, Vodka, Brandy, etc etc etc...
and the best part...we took photos! XDD....here are only few pics ^^;;
(actually this photo I took it without the teacher knyowing it XDDD...I took the opportunity ^^; )
(Whiskeys...just only tasted Jack Daniel's one XDDD)
(Vodkas...and I just got to knyow that there were 2 types XD. Ones are neutral and the other one has with flavour...those bottles have flavours)

History class...we got to talk about fusions and influencies with other countries like China, Japan, Italia, Grance, Africans....and it all started with Spain (Francisco Pizarro) in 1532...yeah too much time XD. For next class, another group will have their speaking...dunno which country ^^;;
Comunication (Language) class...I got 15/20 in my test....it's nyot good for me XD, it was confusing is some parts...stupid test ><. Apart from that, we got a lil work with some graphics for text...I'll talk about korean cooking 8D...I just hope I do wewll for next week...and more hwk too T_T...at least the teacher is funny or else I'd kill him >=D.

Wednesday 23rd:
-Bromatology class........uh......what the hell did I do?? >< ah yes yes XD;;...got another test of about Chpater 4 from some book, I think it was kinda easy XD;;....I hope ._.;;, then we got to do more class which I kinda forgot right nyow XD
-Market knowledge class...we got to talk about cereals and varieties. This time we got to talk about its structure, and the teacher told us already for the next test....hope I do well
-Culinary Art T. class....this time the teacher prepared some salads...gonna do Cesar's one! *w*...I can't wait to prepare...don't wanna do more cuts TwT
Thursday 24th:
-Pastry class....I'm so gonna kill Hector ><. He didn't go to pastry class so my group got split and each one of us went to different groups. At least in the group I went weren't that bad...except from some lil mistakes we made =_=. We got to do cheesecakes with mangos, maracuya and strawberries....my favourite one was with mango, it was soooo yummy *w*. Unfortunately...we got 12/20 because one of the cheesecakes didn't work well TwT, that's why I'm so gonna kill Hector ><, but oh well...he got work to do...
Friday 25th:
-Logistic class...we got another practice, I was really lost X_X. It was kinda confusing so I haven't finished in the exact time, but thank god I wasn't the only one XD so the teacher gave us more time 8D...so I just hope I did well ^^;;
-Biodiversity class...another group did the speaking which I forgot what was about ._.;;, I was also gonna do my speaking but...we cancelled and we have to do for the next class XD;;. Apart from that, we got to talk about grains...at least part of it ^^;;.

| I was supposed to write this in the morning...but I kinda forgot XD;;
Market Knowledge: We still got to talk about fat and cholesterol...it was short actually...but the next one...it was class of hell...........
Culinary: yes...THIS ONE!....We had to bring some vegetables already cut in lil squares (brunoise), and I really sucked. They weren't in the same proportion or size so I got 08 *runs crying*...it's my first failed mark *sighs*, and...the teacher told us for the next week we had to do more cuts...but nyot only in brunoise...also in juliana, macedonia and paisana TwT...well...some of the vegetables actually XD;;
Apart from that....we had to do some soups (already mentioned in an entry) and I got to do Vichysoise (potato cream soup). It was good, but....there wasn't any salt *falls*, so the taste was...so so XD;;. Cathy did the best soup I've ever tried...she did Menestrone, and the green paste was sooooo yummy that I could even ate without the soup XD. Sorry that I don't have any pic this time *bows many times* but I'll soon ^^.....or wait for Friday XD (Pastry)

| Yesterday....wasn't a good day at the end T_T
First class was Bar and we got to prepare "Piña Colada", "Screwdriver", and "Sol y Sombra (Sun and Shadow)". The last one I didn't like too much XD;;...it was kinda bitter for me ><. Screwdriver one...tastes like orange XD, it only has orange juice and vodka (vodka doesn't have any taste and smell...that's why XD;; ). Piña Colada...this was very yummy *w*, but dunno which one is my favourite TwT.
Later was History and we got to talk about North America....but the old times XD;;. A group got to talk about it and we had to ask them so many questions xD. And...they also bought Mc Donalds XD;;. After that group finished...we got to do like a lil test in groups...hell dammit, we needed more time T_T
And finally...Language. We did the 2nd test, and it was so difficult...I got 14.5/20!!!! *faints* this is nyo good TwT, sensei meanie TwT *sighs*
